Monique Harby - Lead Designer
Monique began designing homes and working with contractors during high school. Art and design have always been her passion. She graduated with her degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho in 2013 with a thriving business on the side. Since then her freelance business has grown into acclaimed work all over the Pacific Northwest. Monique is the one to set the overall vision and work her magic in the beginning phases of your project. Monique lives with her husband and 3 daughters in Moscow, Idaho.
Morgan Points - Designer and Project Manager
Growing up in a family of designers and builders, Morgan always shared an innate sense of architectural design and love for beautiful homes. In 2017, Morgan joined Monique to form Harby + Points. Morgan’s focus is on the design development and interiors phase of the project, as well as client communication and business development. Morgan lives with her husband and 4 daughters in Moscow, Idaho.
Shea Reitano - Design Draftsman
Shea joined the Harby+Points team in 2021 from Hawaii where she has been working as a civil engineer assistant in the Air Force Reserves for 6 years. She also is very handy with her power tools and has a great understand of construction. Shea brought her skills to Harby+ Points where she handles the construction documents phase of our projects. Shea lives with her husband in Lewiston, Idaho.
